So, here's how it's going to work.
First: Put our affiliate button up on the site(s) you want us to affiliate for. This is our code.
Second: Fill out this form.

Third: Post this form in a separate thread in this board.
Fourth: Once a staff member sees that everything is in order, your thread will be responded to with a 'ACCEPTED' and if you look, you'll find your button scrolling along inside our 'suggested sites' box.
